Mechatronics Simulator – Sensors, Actuators & Control

Mechatronics is the interdisciplinary engineering field that integrates mechanical systems, electronics, and software to create intelligent, automated machines. From robotic arms to automated manufacturing lines, mechatronic systems rely on sensors to perceive their environment, actuators to affect it, and microcontrollers running control algorithms to close the feedback loop. This simulator lets you build virtual mechatronic systems, wire sensors to actuators, and tune a PID controller to achieve precise positioning without physical hardware.

What you can do in this simulation

Tune PID controller gains (Kp, Ki, Kd) and observe the system step response dynamically
Simulate a robotic arm joint and adjust gains to minimize overshoot and settling time
